The project comes before the final shape
A tank is not defined by capacity and overall dimensions alone. The initial discussion must clarify the intended contents, environment, installation, handling, quantities, requirements and acceptance criteria.
This information makes it possible to assess a potential industrial pathway and identify what is missing before tooling or a quotation is discussed.
From the requirement to production
The pathway may include specification definition, geometric development, material selection, mould design, sampling and preparation for series production. The sequence, responsibilities and tests must be agreed for the actual project.
- Intended use and operating conditions
- Geometry, access points, interfaces and handling
- Material and documentation requirements
- Sample, checks and acceptance criteria
Compatibility to be verified
Polyethylene and rotational moulding are not automatically suitable for every content or intended use. Compatibility, regulatory requirements and testing remain subject to a dedicated technical assessment.
